By accessing or using Product Legends, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service. We recommend reading these terms carefully.

Product Legends is a gamified educational game designed to help you learn and improve your Product Management skills through daily micro-lessons, challenges, and interactive content.

To use Product Legends, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for protecting your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

All educational content, graphics, design, and code in Product Legends are owned by Product Legends or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express authorization.

Some Product Legends features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime, but refunds will not be issued for already-paid periods, except as required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You can also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Product Legends shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from use of the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance by email or through a notice in the game.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of the city where Product Legends is headquartered.
